The artist traced the profiles of various anonymous people from their shadows projected on a wall, to create an analogy between a railing and the representation of multiple individuals. Like a barred window giving onto a blank wall, this work conveys a feeling of hallucinatory despair, as when we feel imprisoned in our own body or by the people that surround us.
