La obra es una manipulación conceptual que contiene muchos significados acerca de la dualidad en los asuntos económicos y políticos. Esta consiste en un ensamblaje de dos diferentes monedas (Quarter de Dollar y 20 centavos de dinero cubano) La imagen de los dos héroes es unida, y el idioma también es mezclado; Jose Marti adquiere el pelo de G. Washington y el eslogan cubano "Patria o Muerte" se transforma en "Patria of America"
