El artista sumergió bajo el mar durante un período de 6 meses esta obra, constituida por objetos de audio empleados en discursos públicos (bocinas, micrófonos, etc.). La pátina y el envejecimiento de la escultura provienen de su interacción natural con el entorno. La instalación incluye la documentación fotográfica de este proceso y recrea la apariencia de un espacio arqueológico como metáfora de la obsolescencia de las ideologías y los sistemas políticos.
